Here is how I made the Chocolate Dipped Candied Bacon: Ingredients: 2 slices of thick cut apple wood smoked bacon. You can make as many slices as you want. 1 cup of Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips melted Marinade: 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1 Tbsp mustard country style grey poupon Mix the marinade together in a plastic bag. Slice the bacon in half and place in bag. Mix well and let marinade for at least 1 hour. Preheat the Ninja Foodi on Air Crisp to 360° F for 10 minutes. Place the bacon on the rack in the upper position and air crisp for 10-12 minutes, flipping every couple of minutes. Remove the bacon and allow to cool on parchment paper. Don't use paper towels or the bacon will stick. Melt the chocolate chips and dip the cooled bacon 1/2 way in chocolate. Allow the chocolate to set and serve!
