FAT-FREE French Fries Recipe (EASY!)

Add seasonings, mix it all up with your fingers, put on cookie sheet (opt. spray sheet first). Put them in the oven at 425 F for 45-60 minutes (depending on desired crunch) and serve with ketchup, enjoy!
