I actually wasn't expecting Jingliu to get lower than 10 cost due to the boss high ice res ngl. I've been trying to play with SW, Tribbie, RM, and RMC but any of the combination just ain't it. But hey, CN has managed to cook up a rot with Cyrene. And it has led me to a decision to unlock this account's E2 Cyrene. But worry not, Mydei, Aglaea, and DoT runs with Cyrene won't be affected since they're on a different account with Cyrene still at E0. Btw, swapping RMC and Cyrene planars should yield better results. My penacony planar just have better spd subs so I was forced to switch them. At least two cost can be removed (no Mydei S1 and Hya S1), so we can presume that 6 (or 7 if JL is counted) cost is the lowest possible in this boss but that will obviously require unrelatably high relic investment on all units especially jingliu.
