BIR Verious Onions , Precooked Dal and Garlic &Ginger Paste all needed for Resturant style curries #Foodie#HomeCooking#CookingTips#RecipeOfTheDay#EasyRecipes #CookingChannel#ChefLife#Tasty Bhuna Onions 500g Medium Sliced 1 Tsp Turmeric 1 Tsp Coriander 1 Tsp Paprika ½ Cumin ½ Tsp Onion Seed 2 Bay Leaves ½ Cup oil 1 Tsp Salt Bring to Boil and cook For 10 Minutes Dupiaza Onions 200g Cut in chunks ½ Tsp Turmeric ½ Cumin ½ salt ½ Tsp Paprika ½ Tsp Coriander ½ Tsp Onion Seed 1 Bay Leaves ¼ Cup Oil bring to boil and simmer for two mintues Precooked Dal 100g Red lentils 2 bay leaves 4g salt 1.2g turmeric 60g Onion (finely sliced) 370g water Bring to boil , turn down and simmer on low heat for 35 minutes Garlic & Ginger Paste 100g Garlic 100g Ginger 2 table Oil 2 Tsp water any leftovers place in a iceice cube cube container and freeze for another ime!
