REC TEC Grills took Funday Friday on the road this week, as we went live from the GrillGrate Grill Deck in Cartersville, Georgia! We were joined by GrillGrate owner Brad Barrett, and GrillGrate Corporate Chef, Michael Dellaporta. This episode was all about steak, and was filled with tons of educational information about red meat. Chef Michael grilled up some hot and fast flat irons using the Bullseye and some GrillGrates, as Chef Greg went low and slow with some tri-tip. We then had champion SCA competitor Peggy Grimes join us to explain the rules to an SCA competition and judge a mini version of her own live during the show! Two grilling amateurs went head to head during Funday Friday this week, cooking up their own steaks to SCA standards. All in all, this was an incredible Funday Friday, and one you won’t want to miss!
