Drum Major Ian Esson leads Ballater and District Pipe Band onto the Games field during the Braemar Gathering Highland Games in Scotland. The band play "Pipe Major J K Cairns" on the march and then "Shoals of Herring" and finally "Castle Dangerous" as they form a playing circle in the Games field. The Braemar Gathering is held on the first. Saturday in September each year.
