Alexa loves Jalebi : • जब Alexa का मन किया जलेबी खाने का | कुरकुर... --------------------- Ingredients: 1 bowl rice 2 medium tomatoes 400g cottage cheese (paneer) --------------------- Rice Instructions: 1. add 3 cloves, 3 cardamom and 2 small cinnamon sticks in boiling water 2. add 1/2 tbsp salt and rice soaked in water for 15 mins 3. add 1/2 tbsp ghee 4. cook them at medium heat, once cooked drain all excess water Curry Instructions 1. take 3-4 tbsp cooking oil in a pan 2. add tomato puree (by grinding two medium tomatoes) 3. add 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp onion powder 4. add salt as per taste, 1/4 tbsp black pepper and quarter cup water 5. cook until it starts boiling For Seasoning take all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp piri-piri masala, 1 tbsp all seasoning, 1/2 tbsp onion powder, 1/2 tbsp black pepper 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder, salt as per taste Fry Paneer Instructions 1. Take paneer piece, coat it in all-purpose flour (maida) 2. dip it in water 3. coat it in prepared seasoning, remove all excess seasoning and fry in oil for 3-4 minutes at medium heat Color some rice by adding food color and rose water.
