In this video we will make two types of navratri pakore ,which you can eat in navratri, these pakoras are very simple to cook and preprations needs very simple ingredients and very less time . Ingredients:- 1)Aloo 500gm 2) Sabodana 200 gm 3) Kuttu ya singhada ka aata 6 spoon 4) Dhaniya Patti 250 gm 5) Hari Mirch 10- 15 piece 6)Refined oil Half litre 7) Sendha Namak Firstly, we will soak the sabodana in plain water for an hour.Then, we will boil 3-4 potatoes and mash them properly with the sabodana. We will add 5-6 green chilli ,a little bit dhania patti and 1 table spoon of sendha namak.We will mix the mixture properly.We will heat around half litre of refined oil in kadhai and when oil is hot we will put our pakoras in them and fry for 15 - 20 minutes.When they turn golden brown, serve them hot with green chutney. For second pakora, cut 3 - 4 potatoes in small sizes, add 5- 6 green chillies and small amount of coriander leaves, add 5- 6 table spoons of kuttu or singhare ka aata and 1 spoon of sendha namak. Now, add half a cup of water in the mixture and mix it properly.Heat oil in pan and when oil is hot put the pakoras. Fry them on medium flame for about 15 minutes.Serve them hot with chutney. For chutney , in small mixer put small amount of coriander leaves ,4-5 green chillies, raw mango half inch ,sendha namak and 3-4 table spoon of water . Grind it for a minute and tasty chutney is ready. Pakoras serve 5 - 6 people. Hope you like it. See you soon
