24 Hours in DUBLIN 🇮🇪 (How Much Can I See?)

What can you do with 24 hours in Dublin? Well quite a lot it turns out! Take a tour of Dublin City Centre with me & see many of the sights & attractions before heading to Croke Park for a Springsteen show! 🇮🇪 See more from the Republic of Ireland here → https://bit.ly/mwt_roi We’ll explore both sides of the River Liffey including the Spire, Temple Bar & Dublin Castle. I’ll also show you my Airbnb on Gardiner Street & tell you how much I paid for 2 nights. I flew into and out of Dublin Airport & used the Dublin Express to get me into the city. My walk around Dublin City Centre starts on the north side of the River where I walked through one of the main shopping areas called O’Connell Street. This area is named after Irish Nationalist Daniel O’Connell and there is a large statue erected in his memory overlooking the bridge. We’ll talk about the Easter Rising & the General Post Office building (GPO) which was used as a headquarters during the uprising of 1916. From there I’ll visit the Dublin Spire & stroll down Henry Street. Next we’ll head to the Ha’penny bridge that crosses the River Liffey and I’ll tell you about its history and significance. From there we’ll head over to Temple Bar and brace ourselves for a Saturday night in Dublin’s famous entertainment and pub district. The next morning I’m back on the South side of the River Liffey visiting more of Dublin’s main tourist attractions including The mediaeval Christchurch Cathedral, St Patrick’s Cathedral, the historic Dublin Castle & the enchanting Trinity College & Parliament Square. There’s just enough time to stop by the Molly Malone statue outside St Andrew’s Church on Route to the gigantic Croke Park where I’m planning to catch a Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band concert.
