Paciente relatou aumento de volume assintomático de consistência mole na transição do lábio com bochecha do lado direito. Relatava que havia feito preenchimento labial na região há vários anos. A palpação digital da lesão mostrava consistência amolecida com delimitação e mobilidade localização submucosa, O vídeo mostra o procedimento cirúrgico para remoção da lesão de tecidos moles. O laudo histopatológico mostrou "proliferação de linfócitos atípicos nos tecidos moles da bochecha, sendo sugestivo de "doença Linfoproliferativa"(Linfoma). Após a solicitação de avaliação Imunohistoquímica a paciente foi encaminhada para médico Oncologista. ________________________________________ English The patient reported an asymptomatic increase in volume with a soft consistency in the transition between the lip and cheek on the right side. The histopathological report showed "proliferation of atypical lymphocytes in the soft tissues of the cheek, suggestive of "Lymphoproliferative disease" (Lymphoma). After requesting an Immunohistochemical evaluation, the patient was referred to an Oncologist Physician.
