A physical training center for amputees who received their wounds in Iraq or Afghanistan opened Sept. 13 at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. The 31,000-square-foot Military Advanced Training Center for Soldier Amputees offers a wide range of activities for outpatients who have already completed initial rehabilitation.
