Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Cooking oil 1 tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp -Chicken qeema (Mince) 250g -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 & ½ Cups -Cornflour ¾ Cup -Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste -Water 4 Cups or as required -Anda (Egg) 1 (for each crepe) -Namak (Salt) 1 pinch or to taste -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 pinch or to taste -Hara pyaz (Spring onion) chopped -Cooking oil 1 tbs -Tomato ketchup Directions: -Frying pan mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal dein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein. -Chicken qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Lal mirch crushed,zeera,namak & kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein. -Bowl mein maida,cornflour aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Tawa ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur 1 cup tayyar batter dal ker evenly pheela lein aur halki ancch per edges tawa ki sides chornay tak paka lein. -Anda dal ker crepe per pheela lein,namak,kali mirch crushed,hara pyaz aur cooked qeema dal dein aur crepe ko roll ker lein (makes 5). -Cooking oil dal dein aur tamam sides sa golden & crispy ho janay tak paka lein. -Pieces mein cut ker lein aur tomato ketchup drizzle ker ka serve karein!
