Korean Potato Balls Servings - 3 INGREDIENTS Potatoes - 500 grams Water - 800 milliliters Corn flour - 100 grams Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Water - 600 milliliters Oil - 1 tablespoon Oil - 1 tablespoon Garlic - 2 tablespoons Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon White sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon Coriander - 1 tablespoon White sesame seeds - for garnishing PREPARATION 1. In a skillet, add 500 grams potatoes and 800 milliliters. Cover and boil for 10 - 15 minutes. 2. Remove from heat, peel, and grate the potatoes using a grater. 3. Transfer the grated potatoes to a bowl. Add 100 grams corn flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix well and knead into a smooth dough. 4. Take small portions of the dough and shape them into small balls. 5. Boil 600 milliliters water in a skillet. Add 1 tablespoon oil and the prepared potato balls. Cover and boil for 3–4 minutes. 6. Remove from heat, drain, and keep the balls aside. 7. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet. Add 2 tablespoons garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. 8. Add the cooked potato balls, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon chilli flakes. Mix thoroughly. 9. Add 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds and 1 tablespoon coriander. Mix and cook for 1 minute. 10. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with white sesame seeds. 11.
