This video contains two matches I had with the recently released LV1 Gundam Barbatos Lupus on Gundam Battle Operation 2. It is a 700 cost raid with incredible mobility, one combo kill melee power, high durability thanks to LV2 Nano-Laminate Armor, radar disruption with LV1 Ahab Wave, access to a heavy stagger that can be used while jumping, alongside access to the powerful Aliya-Vijnaya Limiter Release skill. It suffers from having poor mid-range shooting, from not having an instant stagger when equipped with the 200mm cannon alongside having very short range when equipped with the rocket cannon. I hope that you enjoy watching! Its primary weapon is a 200mm cannon with 1000x2 power, 8 ammo, 1 second cooldown, 12 seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap time, 300m range and 65%x2 stagger value. This has decent DPS, an ASL radius alongside great stagger build-up. It is a really effective anti-air tool. Its alternate primary ranged weapon is a rocket cannon with 2800 power, 3 ammo, 3.5 seconds cooldown, 15 seconds reload, 0.77 seconds swap time, 250m range and 20% stagger value. This instantly staggers and has a short cooldown time. Its primary melee weapon is a sword mace with 3500 power, 3 seconds cooldown, 0.5 seconds swap time and 130% (140%x2) downswing modifier. This cannot combo swings, but it knocks over with regular swings and has long reach. It benefits from LV2 Aerial Melee System. While the AV Limiter Release is activated, the downswing animation changes and it ignores 30% of the enemy's melee resistance. Its alternate primary melee weapon is a pair of maces with 2900 power, 2 seconds cooldown, 0.5 seconds swap time, 1 second focus time, 80%/64% (100%/100%) combo modifier, 100% side swing modifier, 80%x2 downswing modifier and 80%x4 heavy attack modifier. These have short cooldown time and high combo power, but the slow swing speed and short reach makes them impractical. While the AV Limiter Release is activated, it doesn't lose damage on combo swings. Its first sub weapon is a pair of claws with 2400 power, 2.5 seconds cooldown, 0.5 seconds swap time, 50%/35% combo modifier, 100%x2 neutral swing modifier, 100% side swing modifier and 180% downswing modifier. These have a long reaching downswing and a powerful two hit neutral swing. They benefit from LV2 Aerial Melee System. While equipped with the 200mm cannon, it's second sub weapon is a pair of 200mm cannons with 700x2 (450x2x4) power, 20 ammo, 180 RPM (0.5 seconds cooldown), 15 seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap time, 350m (250m) range and 13%x2 (17%x2x4) stagger value. These must stop to fire, but they can be used while in the air. Pressing square with max ammo activates the limiter release, granting infinite ammo and changed performance for 10 seconds. While equipped with the rocket cannon, it's second sub weapon is a pair of rocket cannons with 1500x2 (2100x2) power, 6 ammo, 6 seconds (2.5 seconds) cooldown, 18 seconds reload, 1.5 seconds swap time, 200m (350m) range and 10%x2 (65%x2) stagger value. These must stop to fire, but they can be used while in the air, shots inflict heavy stagger. Pressing square with max ammo activates the limiter release, granting infinite ammo and changed performance for 10 seconds. In terms of durability, it has 27,000 HP, 24 ballistic/beam resist and 30 melee resist. It has really high HP paired with amazing defensive skills, like LV5 Maneuver Armor, LV3 Emergency Evasion, LV1 Offence System, LV1 Auxiliary Power, and the newly added LV2 Nano-Laminate Armor. While above 50% HP, ranged attacks that deal less than 2000 damage have their damage reduced by 30%, and stagger build-up reduced by 20%. In terms of mobility it has 145 (148 including ground affinity) walking speed, 235 boosting speed, 75 thrust and 87 (93 including affinity) turning speed. It has incredible mobility by default, benefiting from having LV4 Forced Injectors and LV3 Flight Control, but it becomes ridiculously nimble once the AV System Limiter Release skill is activated. It also has access to LV1 Ahab Waves, LV1 Alaya-Vijnana System (Limiter Release), LV2 Power Accelerator and LV2 Pursuit Aux. Melee Program. The first two will be explained in a pinned comment. In conclusion, I think that the Barbatos Lupus is really strong. It struggles to get close on really large maps, but it is incredibly dominant on close range, melee friendly maps like Arctic Base or Colony Drop, where it can just jump in with a heavy stun before unleashing a powerful melee combo. It is completely overkill for hunting down supports, it can even one combo generals and other raids if it lands the aerial melee boosted AV mode downswing. I can't really tell if it will need a nerf or not yet, but I can definitely say that it is really powerful. Thanks for watching!
