The homeless emergency in California just got a whole lot worse. If you’ve been paying attention, you’d know that the number of people living on the streets in California is way beyond a crisis now. It’s so bad now that people here aren’t even fazed by seeing this anymore. The homeless camps continue to grow here, and life just trudges on for everyone else who has to deal with it. It’s the new normal now. I spent the whole day driving around Sacramento to see how bad things are here. Say map Just a couple of miles from downtown I came across a small camp of people on the side of the road. The police were there, as I’m sure they are all the time. I talked to some of the people who were up here, and they said the cops are telling them they had to leave.
