This recipe is similar to kunfa dessert but yet little different as it is cooked without baking the pheni or sewain or vermicelli.it is made by roasting the pheni in ghee and then layered with custard cream and granished with dry fruits. Ingredients used: Pheni -200 gm Milk- 1/2 ltr.
