Wednesday, December 17, 2025 I would get up early to meet Henry on the Toledo District at Clapp Road. We wouldn't see anything for hours so we decide to head over to this crossing to see about rerecording this crossing as it got new LEDs. We wait for a few minutes until we see the light of NS 267 down the line. We wait for him to get closer and set up to catch NS 267 heading north to slow to a stop to get a crew change with a BNSF C44-9W and a BNSF ES44C4. While 267 is stopped, NS 11E heads north with a single NS SD70ACe at the County Road 34 railroad crossing in Flat Rock on the Sandusky District. Since I have last recorded this crossing last summer, NS replaced the Safetran incandescents with GE Uniform Look LEDs and have replaced the RECO incandescent gate lights with RECO LEDs.
