The Real World - Maui Edition 7 Friends set out on an adventure.... blah blah blah We dove at Makena Park three hours before sunset, speared a triggerfish and were immediately met by an 8-10ft Galapagos Shark, hungry for love. We had to leave the water and the whole beach was evacuated. On a more positive note.... We Dove Mala Pier around 9 in the morning and found all of the night feasters napping. The lesson I learned is the sharks wake up at late afternoon hungry for that carne, then fill their bellies all night until sunup when the school fish come back out to finish off the scraps.
