Once at the desired location, the reverse sinsky hook is rotated and used to tent up the iris towards the inferior paracentesis 4. a 1.0mm Paracentesis blade in inserted through the inferior paracentesis and used to create a small nick against iris tissue 5. the reverse sinsky hook is wiggled to confirm patency and enlarge the PI The pupil was left constricted with a (smaller) bubble in an effort to reduce the patient's risk of cataract formation.
