Depends on what the government agency is that you're working with. So typically we recommend you try to figure out from the organization and ops at what level they were experiencing the restrictions. And then you need to go back to the agencies that were causing the restrictions. It's either going to be federal agencies, most usually not federal agencies, but it's usually state governments, local health boards. And then if you're in the south counties tended to be more restrictive. Or if you're in a large metro area, it'll be the mayor or different local jurisdictional limits like that. Especially if you're in a situation where you've got a metro area that had a lot of restrictions compared to the state. So in Texas, certain cities had really intense restrictions compared to statewide. There was very little. So you just want to look at that level. And a lot of times it's on their websites, a lot of times it's not. And you just need to reach out to whoever it is in the records department and try to get those orders. There are some databases that have some of this either publicly available or our firm uses a product from LexisNexis that we like. But if you're not doing a substantial amount of this kind of work, doing it manually is probably going to be your best bet. But you do want to make sure that you get those government orders before you do any filings because that is a bare minimum substantiating document requirement. That's just one of the first things on the list that they ask for. You have to have that. It gives you your dates if you don't know what the order was and when it started and when it stopped. You don't know your eligibility dates, you don't know when you really qualify. I would not rely on things like news articles that give dates and talk about things. Those tend to be wrong and those are just non-authoritative. So I would not just use like, oh, local dispatch news says that restaurants can open again, don't use that. You need the government order.
