UK Forest Wild Camp | Making A Raised Bed With An Improvised Bow Saw.

In this video I head on out to a new forest location in Herefordshire. I'd hiked in with about four litres of water as I knew that I wanted to have a campfire. Also from past experience, I'd learnt not to rely on all water sources marked on maps, especially in UK forests during the summer. I make a very simple bow saw and use it to make a raised bed. I decided to set up the tarp in the Adirondack style, which I find works really well when using a raised bed. I also made a simple thermal wall, wind deflector for my campfire. For my evening meal I cooked up a lovely steak stir-fry and made a cheese and ham omelette for my breakfast.
