Also - If you're looking for a recipe to keep and store for a few weeks, this is it. It tastes just as good cold as hot. Cooking from frozen is super simple. I recommend portioning out and freezing in tupperware, then you can cook the ideal portion, directly from the freezer! If you don't have all of the ingredients at home due to coronavirus/covid supply problems, don't worry. The base sauce will incorporate anything you want to throw at it. It's perfect for using up past their best veggies. Additionally if you don't have chickpeas don't fret I've used many other pulses in this dish and they all work great. Just be sure to add the same cooked weight (500g) and you will be fine. Some suggestions are kidney beans and/or green lentils.
