Playthrough of Golden Cry, Krollywood's remake of GoldenEye N64 for Far Cry 5. Krollywood used the FC5 Arcade Editor on his PS4 to faithfully recreate the full GoldenEye campaign within the limits of the editor - this is *NOT* a mod! This is a compilation of all my individual level uploads from 2021. Played on PC in 4K 60FPS with Ultra settings and minimal HUD. Featuring the dynamic soundtrack composed by Yannick Zenhäusern AKA GoldenZen for the cancelled GoldenEye 25 project. Yannick Zenhäusern can be found ‪@DangerConGame‬, he's working on his own game heavily inspired by GoldenEye, and with a brand-new OST which you can listen to on his channel. DISCLAIMER: I do not recommend buying Far Cry 5 solely to play these maps, but it goes on sale very often and it's quite cheap so in that case, sure. You won't get the same experience as you see on the video as I am acting it out for show, and the amazing soundtrack by Yannick is not included obviously, it was edited into the video by Yannick himself. The Russian voices were enabled by switching the game's language to Russian while keeping the text in English. This is easily done on PC but I am unsure about consoles. The costumes were changed per-level as well to fit the setting of each mission. ___________________ How to play: Own a legal copy of Far Cry 5 on PC, PlayStation or Xbox Access the Arcade Mode through the main menu* On PC, search by author "Graslu00" and download "Golden Cry"** On PS, search "KROOD" and download the maps uploaded by Perfect-Dark1982** On Xbox, search "GoldenEye" and download the maps uploaded by The Pict 1286** Play *Arcade Mode is unlocked after beating the prologue **Beware of re-uploads with cheats enabled, these won't offer the best experience and will most likely be outdated ***For PlayStation and Xbox you'll need an active online subscription To have Russian voices with English text on PC: Switch the language of the game to Russian on Steam, let it update Go to the install folder, "data_final/pc" and copy all the patch_russian files and paste them somewhere else Switch the language of the game back to English, let it update again Rename the patch_russian files you copied to patch_english Drop the renamed patch_english files to the directory and replace existing ones Play To get rid of waypoints, crosshair and so on simply go to settings and under HUD set it to minimal or customize it to your liking.
