Make sure your trailer tandems are parked on a flat surface. Also make sure your air pressure is good and you do not have air leaks. If you have air leaks tandems will not work. You must have air leak fixed first. If you are trying to move tandems, but only 2 out of 4 pins are going in, you need to go under the trailer, check all the linkages. You will see a retaining pin for tandem mechanism missing. You need to connect linkage with the pin using zipties, wire, padlock, seal, whatever to make it work. If your all pins are unlocked but tandems are not sliding, check for mechanical damage on the rail itself, check clamps holding the frame. Spray some WD40 to lubricate it so it would slide easier. After you moved your tandems, you made sure that all holes are aligned with pins, but 1 pin is not going in, check if spring pushing the pin is not broken. If its broken, you will have to drive in pin manually using a hammer. Make sure all 4 tandem pins are locked before you move.
