Eken H9 is on budget action camera and great overall value for the money. It is aimed at action cam begginers and people on extremely tight budget. Camera retails at 45-60$. It records in 4k @10 fps, 2.7k @15 fps and most importantly in 1080p at 30 and 60 fps. Video quality is decent and I was quite surprised with audio and camera well adjusted focus.
