The Howgill Fells & Cautley Spout: Solo hiking The Howgills in ‘Moody’ capricious weather! 🌧️ 💨 ☀️

A solo hike of around 11 miles up into the Howgill Fells, visiting some of the highest. The weather was so changeable, capricious almost, going from very strong winds & driving rain to glorious sunshine then ice showers! What a stunningly beautiful place this is 🧡 I even managed to capture the wild horses. It was extremely difficult to film with the drone & get stable footage, far too windy on the highest fells unfortunately. I will definitely be back to film a camp in this truly breathtaking area.
