All Saints Church, Ammanford is an Anglican parish church in the town of Ammanford, Carmarthenshire, Wales. It was erected between 1911 and 1915 by W. D. Jenkins of Llandeilo. The tower was added between 1924 and 1926 as a war memorial, this time the architect being Charles Mercer of Swansea. The church is located on the north side of Brynmawr Avenue, Ammanford, on College Street where it backs onto Church Street. The church was designated a Grade II-listed building on 8 October 1994, as "a powerfully designed example of a full-scale late Gothic Revival church on a prominent site". Situated on a hill in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire, near All Saints Church. It is a relatively modern construction (approximately a century old) consisting of stone pillars, typically used to commemorate the hosting of the National Eisteddfod of Wales. The site is listed in Wikidata (Q125485426) and on geograph.org.uk, with the area around it now featuring new housing. Gorsedd stones are integral to the ceremonies of the Gorsedd of the Bards, which is linked to the Eisteddfod. The Gorsedd itself (Gorsedd y Beirdd) is a community of bards, writers, and artists founded in 1792 by Iolo Morganwg, which now acts as an integral part of the National Eisteddfod of Wales. #mychannel #dronefootage #droneshot #dronevideo #dronevideo #drone #church
