Delicious Pigeon Curry with Potato | Easy Home Recipe | Bengali Style Welcome back to my channel everyone 💖 Today I’m going to share a super tasty and traditional recipe — Pigeon Curry with Potato (Kobutorer Mangsho). This dish is full of flavor, rich in spices, and perfect for lunch or dinner with plain rice or roti. 📝 Ingredients: 2 pigeons (cleaned and cut into pieces) 2 medium potatoes (cut in halves) 2 medium onions (sliced) 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 2 tomatoes (chopped) 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder Salt to taste 1/2 cup curd (dahi) 4 tbsp mustard oil or cooking oil 🔥 Cooking Process: 1️⃣ First, marinate the pigeon pieces with curd, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, and a little oil. Keep it aside for 30 minutes. 2️⃣ Heat mustard oil in a pan, fry the potatoes till golden brown, then take them out. 3️⃣ In the same oil, add sliced onions and fry till golden. 4️⃣ Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped tomatoes. Cook until oil starts separating. 5️⃣ Now add the marinated pigeon meat and mix well. Cover and cook for 10–15 minutes on medium flame. 6️⃣ Add fried potatoes, some warm water, and cook until the meat becomes soft and the gravy thickens. 7️⃣ Finally, add garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. ✨ Ready to Serve: Your Alu diye Kobutorer Mangsho is ready!
