Destiny 2 Best PvE Arc Hunter Build and the Destiny 2 Arrivals Best Hunter Build For PvE. This is a PvE Arc Hunter build that is built around the Arcstaff super and Raiden Flux exotic armor. Most of this build is very simple, but has been very effective since the beginning of the game. Arcstaff is resistant, has large AOE attacks, and deals good damage. Raiden Flux enhances your super to deal more damage and last longer with successive hits. The armor mods, exotic, and subclass will be the focus of this build and can be used with most weapon setups. I use this build for any PvE from patrol to sub Master Nightfalls, but it is end game viable. Your kinetic weapon, Mountaintop or Witherhoard, is used for elite and boss enemies as well as grouped fodder enemies. Because of their great ammo economy, they are excellent end game options. Your energy weapon, your sidearm, has a very high DPS vs. kills per clip ratio and is very powerful in this current Meta. Your heavy weapon should be used to break matching shields and DPS burst strong elites and bosses. In end game activities you will often find that you need more special ammo, so make sure 1-2 people on your team have Special Finisher for guaranteed special ammo; replace Dynamo or Dire Artillery with Special Ammo Finisher if that’s you. This is a general PvE build that is designed to get your super more often and have a strong crowd control super. Your Arcstaff super has high resistance, large AOE attacks, and deals good damage. Raiden Flux enhances your super to deal more damage and last longer with successive hits. Your subclass also has a lot of great end game viable bonuses. Dodge resists more damage in and out of your super. Your melee disorients targets, which helps shutting down elites. You get a faster top speed on your sprint and more grenade and melee energy from being critically wounded. The Way of the Warrior subclass has a little more damage on your super attacks, but is otherwise very melee based and melee is not safe or strong enough in end game activities. You should use your super as often as you can as you get it frequently. Your grenade will consume all of your stacks of CWL and charge your super a small amount, but won’t do anything with more than 50% super charged. Your melee is used to disorient elite or life threatening enemies. You dodge also gives a little super with Dynamo, so use it frequently.
