Here at Motolegends we love the Swedish brand Halvarssons.  They make very sensible gear that does what it says on the tin! And then some. And it’s sensibly priced too. A couple of years ago, they launched their Walkyr and Wish two-layer suit. It was, at the time, somewhat of a revelation. Laminated waterproofing performance for drop-liner money. And all delivered with drop-liner style comfort. It has sold well and has proved immensely popular. But now with the benefit of a couple of years’ experience with the suit, our man in the cap is able to give us a truly objective overview. Yes, it’s still a great suit, but it’s not perfect in every respect! It also has to be acknowledged that, over the last couple of years, many more laminate products have come onto the market. Some are attacking Halvarssons from below by upping their game. But even Rukka has decided to join the fray with a suit that goes head to head with the Walkyr and Wish.
