Travellers are now being allowed to cross freely without having to undergo quarantines after mainland authorities dropped the nation’s zero-Covid policy. A daily quota of 60,000 people is reserved for travellers crossing the border in each direction, and they must also have negative Covid tests done within 48 hours of departure.
