Her husband is lost and she asks Yura to find him. While Zelenov gathers information about the lost operative his colleague Semen Bakhrushev meets Guseynov – owner of a concession stand. According to Guseynov’s words he’s been pressed by Serious Fraud Office that demands to change a whistler. In the meantime Semen tries to apprehend two cops who have planted drugs on a young guy and who have blackmailed him. He plans an operation but the two cops refuse to take money when the time comes… Zhuzhukalo sister’s husband gets into a hospital with a severe poisoning with a methyl alcohol. Zhuzhukalo learns that the vodka with methyl was bought in Guseynov’s store. Seeking for the lost cop Zelenov finds many mismatches in his comrades’ evidence. He doesn’t have a time to take any steps as Nikita Sivak’s dead body is found.
