SUP Surfing on an Asymmetrical Board

This asymmetrical boards is fast, loose, and wacky!!!! This episode also features clips from my brother Joe where we switch boards and features clips from Sayulita king pin and WQS warrior, Dylan Southworth. The random things asymmetrical boards do, makes them so much fun. In theory, I think the best way to ride an asymmetrical, would be on a perfect point break wave where you are only going one way. This board works amazing on both rights and lefts, but it definitely has the most fun and extra quirks when going front side. My favorite part is the extra boost you get on front side bottom turns from turning of the pin side. Then it turns great as it rolls off of the rounded side!! Riding one type of surfboard is self defeating, so an Asym is a great way to mix it up and get some different feelings!!!
