I based my cover on the track that plays when Reno, Rude, and Tseng are hanging out at Shinra HQ. Basically, I took the material that Uematsu-san wrote and took it several steps further with my own instruments. Plus, I've been thinking for a long time about the right cover where I could wear Reno!! :D Real talk - it got incredibly hot wearing the wig while playing and those goggles gave me a massive headache, but it was all worth it in the end! This felt like the perfect track in which to debut my electric cello, not to mention the double bass and all the percussion that I did.
