**This journal has sold, thank you so much! Hi everyone! I have become obsessed with making junk journals. I decided to create a journal in honor of Vincent Van Gogh, one of my most favorite artists. Before going any further, I have to give a shout out to the amazing woman in the junk journal community who taught me how to make junk journals: Elizabeth Smith, also known as Mrs. Cog. Here's her YouTube website: / @mrscog and here is her Etsy shop where you can see her amazing classes and her digital images: https://www.etsy.com/shop/MrsCogsCraf.... I used several of her digital Van Gogh images for this journal as well as several of my own which will be in my own Etsy shop and I'll link that below. This journal is a hardbound journal made from scratch with chipboard and is covered in fabric. It has five signatures, each with around 15 pages, so that's a total, front and back, of 120 pages. All pages have been tea dyed in hot tea, baked in the oven, then ironed. The signatures are sewed in using the pamphlet stitch. The journal measures 9x5 with a 2 1/4" spine. It is full of Van Gogh images, ephemera, pockets, paper clips, beads, fabric tags, lace, washi tape, etc. This journal is for sale in my Etsy shop. If you see this video before I have a chance to post this to my Etsy shop and are very interested, send me an email to [email protected]. Here's a link to my Etsy listing: https://www.etsy.com/listing/69329946... Some other helpful links: Van Gogh washi tape: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07... Etsy store where I purchased the beautiful blue lace on the cover as well as on some pockets: https://www.etsy.com/shop/smtiffanylane Etsy store where I get my Sari Silk: https://www.etsy.com/shop/VictorianGy... I hope you enjoy this journal walkthrough. I just love Van Gogh and hope this journal does him justice. Thank you so much for watching and I'll be back soon with another video :) Hugs, Christine Ever After Paper Crafts
