No Bake Pinoy Cheese Bread Recipe Ingredients: Dough 4 cups All Purpose Flour 3/4 cup Sugar 4 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Vanilla 1 cup Buttermilk (1 cup Milk + 1 tbsp Vinegar) 2 Eggs 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil Streusel 2/3 cup Milk Powder 1/3 cup Sugar 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour 1 cup Grated Cheese 1/4 cup Cold Butter Cheese for filling 1/2 cup Milk for dipping Procedure: Dough 1. Make Buttermilk. Lets it for 5 mns. 2. Mix all dry ingredients. 3. Mix all wet ingredients. 4. Mix wet with dry ingredients. 5. Knead for 5 mnts. 6. Cover and rest for 1 hour. Streusel 1. Mix all except butter. 2. Mix butter last and mix until it becomes crumbly. Preparation: 1. Cut dough to 30 balls. 2. Fill with cheese - optional. 3. Roll to balls. 4. Grease with milk. 5. Coat with streusel. No oven or no bake: 1. Preheat pot and place a wire stand on low for 10 mns. 2. Cook on low for 18-20 mns. 3. Cool completely before serving. Baked: 1. Preheat 180C for 15 mns. 2. Bake for 18 mns.
