Rock Shox Zeb ultimate full travel enabler

Even when riding black diamond downhill tracks like Madonna della Guardia in Finale, Italy, I was unable to get the full travel out of my brand new RockShox ZEB Ultimate. There are only two possible solutions: Either I need to ride harder, or I need to modify the ZEB to make it less progressive. The idea came up of flattening the spring curve of the ZEB by increasing volume of the positive air chamber. This video shows the CAD and CAM processes and the manufacturing of the first prototype, which worked flawlessly. The CAD was done in CATIA V5 and the CAM in Fusion 360.
