Measuring Expectations Among Under-Represented Student Groups

CAAL-CBPA Webinar February 18, 2020 Presenters: Linda Bedwell, Coordinator of Assessment, Dalhousie University Libraries; and Lachlan MacLeod, Copyright Services Coordinator, Dalhousie University Libraries Description: To analyze the needs of equity-seeking students, Dalhousie Libraries added a self-identifying demographic question in our pre-packaged 2019 library service quality survey. Quantitative analysis revealed that some under-represented groups placed a higher importance on certain aspects of the library than the general student population.
