He's got the best staff of any doctor's office I've ever been to and trust me, I've been to a lot of doctors. That makes a big difference because you made my daughter feel really comfortable who had a lot of apprehension about doing something that was so important to her. You made her feel really good and positive. You made her feel that she could trust you and that's big. Dr. Schlesinger: There's three basic elements that the surgeon has to have and that is the eye, meaning the aesthetic judgement. Knowing what looks good. And the second thing you need is the hand. You've got to have the technical skill to get from where the patient is to that aesthetic endpoint. And finally, and this is the part you're referring to, you've got to have the heart. You've got to really love the work, love the patients, love the employees, and care about everybody. And if the surgeon has that, then everybody in his organization has that. I've been very fortunate. This is the type of practice I always wanted. I always wanted the ability to treat one patient at a time and do the absolute best job that I could conceivably do. Jeanette: You've been very accommodating. By the way, he works seven days a week, late nights - I've see you as late as 7:00 on a Sunday. I saw you on Thanksgiving. I mean, there's not a day that he doesn't work because his patients come first, obviously. And you've called me up in the middle of the night when I had another problem or concern.
