The "Mycar" zero-emission vehicle is now on sale, but the government is restricting it to roads with a speed limit of 50km (31 miles) per hour. STORYLINE: The electric car has truly arrived in Hong Kong. This fleet is promoting the new, green "Mycar", available to drivers in Hong Kong for the first time. The Mycar has been for sale since March this year in Europe. Now, Hong Kong's Transport Department has granted it a roadworthiness certificate. But the department's limited its use to roads which have a speed limit of 50km (31 miles) per hour. And the car has also had an upgrade from two seats to four. But its size is a positive for some.
