NETFLIX IS MAKING IRL SQUID GAME! How Anti-SJWs and Corporations RUIN Anti-Capitalist Media

Squid Game was one of 2021’s most successful shows. Gaining global acclaim and viewership, the South Korean dystopian show focuses on the lives of contestants in a warped game show where contestants all compete for the prize money. Much of the show is inspired by Hwang Dong-Hyuk’s own life experience in career, including his accumulation of debt which is a massive problem in Korea at large. In no uncertain terms - Hwang has said that Squid Game is both about capitalism and anti-capitalist. However, almost immediately people would say that the show was actually about anti-communism and Mr Beast even made his own IRL Squid Game - obviously without any of the social commentary. This is a trend with anti-capitalist media. Squid Game, The Matrix, American Psycho and others all critique our economic system but often end up being either ruined or appropriated by right-wingers and corporations.
