Her notable achievements include leading undergraduate nursing programs through the COVID-19 pandemic, expanding virtual learning in prelicensure education, improving clinical experiences through high-fidelity simulation, and holding multiple certifications while serving as President of the Psi Upsilon Chapter of Sigma and Chair of the OADN VSR reviewer task force. Theresa Cooney, MSN, RN Theresa Cooney is an experienced nurse with 35 years of international experience, specializing in pediatrics, and has transitioned to academia with a focus on nursing education and simulation. At Howard Community College, she teaches a concept-based curriculum, contributes to curriculum development and faculty professional development, and is actively involved with OADN's Virtual Simulation Review team, demonstrating her commitment to advancing nursing education through innovative teaching methods and technology integration. Panelists Include: Elizabeth Robison, EdD, MSN, RN, CNE, CHSE-A Dr. Liz Robison, a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator-Advanced and Certified Nurse Educator, is an independent consultant with extensive experience in simulation and patient safety, having served 22 years in the US Air Force Nurse Corps and nearly 16 years in prelicensure nursing education. Currently co-chair of OADN's Simulation Committee, she has presented on using generative AI in nursing curriculum and worked internationally on incorporating AI into simulation scenarios. Corinn Herrell, MSN, RN, CHSE, CNEn Corinn has been in Nursing since 2003, with 17 years as a Registered nurse, serving the geriatric/adult population in progressive care units. She obtained her Master's Degree in Nursing Education from Grand Canyon University in November 2013. Corinn has worked as a Nursing Educator in both the Academic and hospital settings for 11 years accumulating 11 years of Simulation experience in that time. Corinn currently works at Phoenix College Nursing as the Simulation Coordinator for the program and holds Certification as a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator. Tammy Schwaab, DNP, RN, CHSE Dr. Tammy Schwaab, Simulation Director and Professor at Carroll Community College, is a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator with experience in simulation since 2010 and nursing education since 2001. Her DNP project explored using clinical simulation to improve new graduate nurse confidence. She actively contributes to the field through leadership and membership in organizations like OADN, INACSL, MCSRC, and the Maryland Community and College Simulation User Network, where she served as Secretary and President. She's also a member of the Society for Simulation in Healthcare. Deborah Lord, CHSE, MSN, RN Deborah Lord is an ADN instructor at Delaware Technical Community College, overseeing the Simulation Lab since 2011. She holds an ADN (Wesley College), BSN (Wilmington University), MSN/FNP, and has completed six doctoral-level nursing courses. Her nursing background includes adult, neonatal, and pediatric care. As a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE), she's passionate about simulation's positive impact on patient care and dedicated to fostering the next generation of nurses by enriching their education and building a strong foundation for their careers. Diane Lynn Bradley, MS, RN, CNE, CHSE Diane, a Registered Nurse for over 38 years, holds a BSN and MS in Exercise Physiology (West Virginia University) and an MS in Nursing Education (Walden University). Her clinical background spans various medical-surgical units, cardiac rehab, acute inpatient rehab, home health, and hospice. A Delaware Technical Community College instructor since 2007, she's been involved with simulation since 2009, spurred by a NLN scholarship. Currently, she participates in all campus simulation activities and is a Certified Nurse Educator and Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator.
