We share a tour of a deluxe studio as well as a walking tour of the resort grounds! From the guitar shaped pool to the giant juke box and the Broadway signs, All Star Music has so much to offer! We were assigned a room in the Country section of the resort. The room is appointed with two queen sized beds, one of which is a Murphy bed which doubles as a table with two chairs. There is a storage dresser beneath the TV. A beverage cooler and coffee maker with supplies is in the corner of the room. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with the commode and a separate vanity. A closet offers space for hanging items as well as an ironing board. The studio size is ample for our family of four and the room location was quiet. We shared footage of a family suite from a past stay for comparison. The family suite was located in the Calypso section. The suite accomodates up to six people. The main living space features two queen beds, one of which is a Murphy bed similar to the studio. There are two bathrooms which is a huge perk! The living room has a dresser and the decor is adorable. We loved the wall art and the lamp. The music theming of the resort is carried throughout the suite well. A kitchenette is located between the living area and primary bedroom. The refrigerator with a freezer was a pleasant surprise. There is a full sink, coffee maker and supplies and a microwave. Paper goods and plastic utensils are in the drawers. There are shelves and cabinet space for even more storage. The primary bedroom is cozy with a queen bed, seating area with a lamp and dresser. The suite's second bathroom features a sizeable vanity and storage closet for more hanging items and a separate shower with commode. H2O items are included. We were pleasantly surprised by the family suite and would recommend this as an option for families needing a little more space than a standard studio. Melody Hall is the resort's lobby. This is where the check-in desk is located, but it is also the central hub of All Star Music. Here, we show the red carpet entryway as well as the food court, resort shop, and the arcade. The music theming carries through in the decor from the larger than life headphones to the numerous artists along the walls. Heading out of the Hall, we show the first section of the resort, Calypso, as well as the feature pool. The Three Caballeros are the focal point of the guitar shaped pool. The pool bar is nearby. During the evening, the campfire is lit outside the pool area for marshmallow roasting and the movie under the stars is set up poolside. We make our way from Calypso to the Jazz section with the larger than life saxophones and drum set. The theming is fantastic. The Broadway section is located just beyond the Jazz section. We spotted signs for Aladdin, Lion King and one of our very favorite shows, Newsies! The ticket booths are adorable. Moving along on our tour, we make our way to the Country section. The gigantic cowboy boots cannot be missed! The piano pool is located in this section of the resort. The final section of All Star Music is Rock and Roll. Here there are Juke Boxes and towering microphones. The colors are bright and cheery. We found all 5 sections to be a quick walk to and from both pools as well as the lobby and buses. The resort is sizeable but not as large as Art of Animation or Pop Century. We had a fantastic stay at All Star Music and are looking forward to a return visit.
