Programming for Adults with Disabilities | Jenny's Story

CP's Green Bay Adult Day Services program provides functional skills training activities for adults with physical disabilities, cognitive conditions, sensory disorders and neurological impairments, with the aim of helping them be as independent as possible. Our skilled staff works with client families and their care teams to develop an individualized program plan (IPP), which sets goals to maximize each person's level of independence, with a strong emphasis on developing important daily life skills. We offer more than 30 classes to help clients meet goals, explore interests and challenge themselves in a safe and supportive environment. CP Adult Day Services in Green Bay is contracted with several Managed Care Organizations, including Lakeland Care, Community Care, Inclusa and IRIS.
