Orchids with burned roots - possible culprit found!

In a previous video I was telling you that something is attacking the root tips of my orchids. Well I might have just found the culprit! ▼▼▼More info bellow!▼▼▼ As some of you suggested, there might have been some salts that were not dissolving in my fertilizer and you were right! There are some white specs that don't dissolve no matter what. So what do we do? we filter them :) Best material i found is actually sponge, this seems to take care of all the specs, leaving water drain in my spray bottle at a reasonable speed. I might manufacture a sort of funnel with a sponge inside and this should make filtering faster and easier, but even just placing the sponge on top of my water bottle works. So it is now a matter of observing the further development of the roots. About Seramis, yes it is abrasive and yes it can make micro wounds in the roots, but if the orchid is still and secure I did not experience any damage. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ✿ Want to send me something?
