Goa Nightclub Fire Updates: Twenty-five people, including four tourists and 14 staff members, were killed in a fire at a nightclub, the Birch by Romeo Lane, in Goa on Sunday. The fire at the popular party venue at Arpora village, around 25 kilometres from the state capital Panaji, broke out around 12 am, officials said. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, who visited the site early morning, told NDTV that the general manager of the nightclub has been arrested. He said an arrest warrant has also been issued against the owner, and that a magisterial inquiry has been ordered into the incident.
