Mock Apple Pie made with Ritz Crackers? Yep. Another weird one!

If you watch this channel, you know how we like our weird recipes. This one blew my mind! My reaction during the taste test is priceless! Mock Apple Pie 2 c water 1 ½ c sugar 2 t cream of tartar 20 ritz crackers pie crust, top and bottom 6 pats butter cinnamon juice of ½ lemon Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bring to boil water, sugar and cream of tartar. Drop in whole ritz crackers one at a time, do not stir, let boil 2 minutes. Pour mixture into pie shell. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Drizzle with lemon juice. Cover with top crust and seal. Bake at 425 for 10minutes, then lower heat to 400 and bake another 30 minutes. Let cool.
