Welcome to this video in which we explore and demonstrate lots of techniques for using compressors in your sound design and music making. I’ll be using the DYNAMICENGINE Eurorack module from Audio Gear Obsession by you can apply these ideas and techniques to modules, hardware and software - the techniques are universal. This video also serves as a demo for the DYNAMICENGINE which is a high end fully analogue dual mono compressor and limiter with stereo linking options. There’s lots of input gain, make up gain, balanced connections for studio integration (it works with normal Eurorack too) and it’s designed with an impressed set of specs (see the website for those).
