These aren’t your cafeteria fish sticks! This sweet smoky dish will definitely have you looking at fish sticks different and absolutely wanting more! Recipe below 👇🏾👇🏾 1/2 Pound of Salmon 1 Tablespoon of Infused Olive Oil 1 teaspoon of Chef Nellie’s Sweet Chili Lime Seasoning 1/4 Cup of Mayo 1 Tablespoon of Minced Garlic 1/2 teaspoon of Paprika 1/2 teaspoon of Dill 1 teaspoon of Lemon Pepper 1 teaspoon of Chef Nellie’s Anytime Seasoning 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice 1 Egg, whisked Green Dragon Infused Extract Vegetable Oil, for frying 1 Cup of Flour Panko Breadcrumbs 3 Eggs, whisked for egg wash Start with rinsing the salmon under cold water to clean and pat dry with paper towel. Pour 1 tablespoon of infused olive oil over the salmon and rub sweet chili lime seasoning on top. If you’re using a smoker/grill, smoke or grill your salmon for 35-40 minutes at 325 degrees. If you’re using the oven, wrap salmon in foil and cook for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Once the fish has cooled, remove the skin and crumble salmon in a mixing bowl. Add mayo, garlic, paprika, dill, lemon pepper, anytime seasoning, lemon juice and whisked egg to salmon. Mix well and add 3-4 drops of green dragon extract to fish mixture. Form stick shapes with salmon and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours so they hold well when battering. Preheat oil in frying pan on medium heat. Dip the sticks in flour, then egg wash and panko breadcrumbs. Deep fry for 5 minutes until golden brown.
