Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 2. Add eggs one by one and mix well. 3. Add milk and mix until smooth. 4. Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda together. 5. Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture to make a smooth batter. Step 2: Bake 1. Pour batter into a greased cake tin. 2.
